    DURATEC® are asbestos fibre free calcium silicate boards made in a density range from 1400 to 1800 kg/m3.

    DURATEC® boards are thermal and electrical insulation materials resistant to fracture and stable at temperatures up to 1000 °C. These large-sized boards are ideally suited for replacing asbestos containing materials in all industrial applications.

    DURATEC® -XP is a glass fibre reinforced calcium silicate which is non-brittle and electrically inert.

    DURATEC® products can be accurately machined with special processing machinery and appropriate tools. Accurate processing and shaping is usually a precondition for their use as precision parts in machines and plants.

    When cutting to size and machining to shape, the maximum allowable workplace concentration for inhalable dust generation must be observed. Dust extraction is recommended.
